Why is this program priced the way it is?

One of our top priorities is to offer a program that really works and can ultimately save you money. With a similar level of expertise, most traditional cognitive-behavioral therapy or parent training costs upwards of $200 per session. The typical number of sessions required to see progress is about 16-20, so we’re talking $3,000+. That can really add up! Rather than spending thousands of dollars to gain this knowledge, our goal is to provide you with the exact same tools and information at a fraction of that price.

How long will it take to see results?

Results can vary depending on how quickly and consistently you implement the strategies. They can also vary depending on your child’s particular sleep problem(s). We typically tell parents that, if they follow the steps of the program consistently, they should see significant changes in 6 to 8 weeks.

What if I don’t get the results I want?

We have full confidence that this program can work for you! However, if you don’t see significant progress in your child’s sleep after completing the program, please contact us. We can help you problem-solve and offer some further tips and support. Sometimes just a little tweak in how the strategies are being implemented can solve the issue. In fact, we love playing detective and figuring out what’s not working. We have years of experience doing this work and it’s not always a smooth ride. The good news is that there is always a solution and we are committed to helping you find it.

Does this program apply to kids of any age?

Our self-guided program is most appropriate for children aged 4-10. If your child is on the younger or older side, our private consultation services would likely be the best fit. We are also working hard to develop a SleepSavvy program for teens! We know that so many tweens and teens are staying up way too late, struggling with phone/social media use at night, napping, and generally feeling sleep-deprived most of the time.
